What you’ll achieve

As the Event Technology Manager, you will be responsible for guiding our stakeholders into the event transformation journey and ensuring the experience continuity at the event and at the program level. You will lead a team of event technologists to scale the work and deliver the best customer experience, you will also work closely with the different product team and vendors to guarantee constant feedback loops and product enhancements.

You will:

• Advise and inspire event organizers to leverage our solution to bring the best experience to their attendees, exhibitors, and speakers
• Design and deploy a communication strategy with stakeholders to increase internal CSAT and adoption of the new ecosystem.
• Achieve an expert-level understanding of our vision, priorities and products.
• Function as the liaison between business stakeholders and the production team throughout the event project cycles, ensure the successful delivery of the event, and regularly communicate on progress and status.
• Assemble and maintain event delivery roadmap and calendar in partnership with the stakeholders and the production team and manage team capacity.
• Support the business stakeholder to transition to new tools and processes, facilitate and inform about the upcoming changes, additional functionalities, and new processes.
• Develop and document specific recommendations on how to drive customer engagement, product purchase and satisfaction.
• Be involved in development projects to ensure system enhancements follow the product requirements and meet or exceed user and stakeholder expectations.

Essential Requirements:

• Must have team leadership or management experience for at least 3 years
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience
• Must have PMI certification or equivalent (knowledge of scope, risk, and time management are mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Experience supporting live events, live streaming or video technology is a plu
