Job Description

Purpose of the role:

To Represent Agiito as a brand ambassador and support both Venue Find and Events teams in customer requests and event logistics, including but not exclusive to Venue Finding, Supplier liaison, Project Administration, Website Management, Delegate management and onsite event managing/hosting. The position demands a high level of event professionalism, excellent attention to detail and proven ability to work with likeminded event professionals and Customers.

Job Description:

What you’ll be doing:

  • Good understanding of all Agiito products and services.
  • Market Intelligence – have a good awareness and understanding of Agiito  market position and points of differential.
  • Flexibility in working across two teams, with the support of your manager to prioritise.
  • Work on-site at locations in the UK and overseas as the company business dictates.
  • Assessing and prioritising workloads to complete your allocated daily tasks.
  • To continually build relationships and raise profile with our key suppliers.
  • Competition – understand their positioning, products, services and their points of differential.
  • Social Media – be an active member on industry social sites to promote and drive new events opportunities and interest.
  • Industry events – be active in M&E specific and other product industry events as required and seek and share new opportunities to showcase Capita Travel & Events.
  • To be responsible for all allocated venue find and event tasks for own events as well as tasks set by project leads/team managers.
  • Provide accurate, detailed, professional event and logistics services to all customer accounts, adhering to Agiito policy “ The Ways of Working” .
  • Understand customer brand, vision and objectives.
  • Identify upselling / cross selling opportunities for other Agiito Products.

  • Experience of working within hotel or conferencing industries.
  • Proven experience of ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility to be able to work within a team and manage own workload.
  • Attention to detail and accurate work produced.
