In this role, you will report to the marketing team. Responsibilities may include:

• Planning our signature weekend events such as The Flip Side, Authors Saga, Readathlon etc
• Preparing the events schedule for India and Sri Lanka
• Coordinating with PAB members for events
• Creating schedules for employees needed for each event
• Evaluating events through guest feedback and making proper changes
• Following a strict budget
• Attending events (Online and Offline) to supervise and make sure everything goes as planned
• Solving problems that may arise during events
• Other duties as required
