This role will have two priorities. The Key User requires collaboration with project teams and business stakeholders to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design from which applications and solutions are developed for Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.  The Key User is responsible for understanding, deploying and testing the design of this requirements in 1NAV and S&F systems in partnership with the S&F Product Lead. 

The Continuous Improvement Lead portion of the role will require defining the ERP Continuous Improvement roadmap for S&F In partnership with DT through 2024 following the 1NAV deployment in the US. This will focus improving the foundations to be the World Class Service partner we desire to be by improving processes that impact as Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, collections, etc. through process & technology improvements.

Due to the criticality of the role, this position will have dotted line accountability to the ERP Program Director as well as RCNA CFO.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum five years of experience in S&F
• Demonstrated experience in Nav4 or 1NAV
• Deep knowledge in at least one business functional area such as finance, supply chain, marketing, customer service, etc.
• Experience with High Radius, Gabriel Group, Salesforce and/or HFM is beneficial but not required
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies
• Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question thought partners across functional areas
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Owner for 1NAV financial set up that impact Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Facilitates regular requirement gathering and testing with user community and communicates expectations to the S&F team in relation to AR/AP
• Ensures well defined and documented process and relevant training materials for S&F
• Develops and Deploys the Continuous Improvement program through 2024
• Defines strategies, principles and standards to guide business transformation efforts across the organization
• Ensures that technology investments enhance business capabilities and execute on business objectives
• Works across business and technical teams to ensure technology investment decisions deliver on business needs
• Works with business partners to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
• Works across business and technical teams to ensure decisions deliver on business needs
• Supports ongoing assessment capability and process gaps between the current and future states
• Provides consultative support on other transformational initiatives within RCNA that may have interdependencies with the ERP deployment
