The EPC Administrator will support the leadership team for the Construction Project Management Group by assisting with administrative and organizational tasks for the department, described more fully below.
The position will be based in Louisville, CO and the candidate will be expected to relocate, if not currently living in the area. Accommodations can be made for remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic, if necessary.
Responsibilities:
Prepare confidential reports and presentations, using MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheets.
Support the Construction Project Management team with conforming EPC agreements including: assembling final versions of contract documents and exhibits, reviewing consolidated version of the agreement for accuracy, and arranging executive approvals and signatures for contract execution by authorized representatives.
Support EPC team with various project document filing needs, coordinate document signatures with company officers as needed, manage delivery of hard copy project documentation, support project special payment needs as applicable, and support KPI reporting to the AES Corporate office.
Research and extract data from various resources and systems when needed.
Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence; email, mail, etc.
Answer routine questions and furnish information as appropriate including frequent access to highly confidential information and files.
Manage leadership expense reports, and coordinate approvals of staff expense reports
Schedule and plan appointments, meetings, travel, conferences, interviews, meals, and other events, for the Construction Project Management team.
Work closely with the Construction Project Management team to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as needed. Help coordinate activities internally across departments on behalf of the Construction Project Management team as needed.

Someone who is skilled at coordinating and collaborating with multiple teams, both inside and outside the organization.
Experience working in a high trust, high accuracy, and highly confidential setting
Extensive knowledge of MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams) is required, experience with QuickBase and Box is a plus.
Knowledge of the renewable energy industry is preferred.
A general understanding of typical terms and conditions of standard construction contracts is desirable.
Registered Notary Public of Colorado a plus
