Requirements:

Bachelor degree in biology, forest engineer or related natural science discipline (ecology, forest, zoology, etc).

Master degree is a plus.

1 to 3 years of experience in environmental consulting and environmental impact assessment.

Knowledge on biological surveys and sampling, ecological data analysis, biodiversity baselines.

Experience writting technical reports with flora and fauna communities description.

Statistical analysis for ecology, Geographic Information Systems knowledge desirable.

Effective written/verbal communication and organization/analytical skills; experience recording/writing detailed technical data and reports.

Ability to multi-task, maintains flexibility, and works independently with minimal supervision.

Demonstrated attributes to become a strong consultant – team player, eagerness to learn and grow, self-starter who takes initiative, versatile, and service-oriented mentality.

Local candidates preferred.

Fluency in speaking, reading & writing in English.

Travel is required, Passport and drivers´license are required- US Visa Desirable.

Responsabilities:

With appropriate guidance and supervision, provide creative and fit-for-purpose technical analyses in your own field of specialization and support additional analyses outside of their areas of specialization working collaboratively with SMEs in other fields and with other technical backgrounds.

Provide technical consulting skills to support the growth of ERM’s service offerings.

Work within quality/budget/schedule expectations and scope-specific assignments.

Complete work assignments in accordance with ERM's management system, format and quality standards.
