Crown is currently seeking Entry Level Machine Operators at its Lancaster, Ohio facility

Starting pay $20.46 an hour

These are 12-hour swing shift positions

Prefer High School education or GED  

Must be able to pass drug screen.

Key Duties / Responsibilities:

Sets up and maintains equipment
Conducts quality checks and reacts to quality issues
Communicates/interfaces with all departments
Assist in maintenance activities
Operate forklift/tow motor.
Complete daily housekeeping tasks
Attend safety and team meetings/training
Conduct monthly safe audits
Other duties as assigned

• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
• Regularly required to communicate effectively
• Required to stand continuously for 30 – 60 minutes
• Must regularly lift and/ or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work up to twelve (12) hour shifts, days, nights, and weekends
• Able to be flexible and respond to the changing needs of the organization
• Fully comply with all OSHA safety rules and regulations.
• Must be committed to quality.
• Pass all Pre-Employment Testing Drug Screen
