Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Entry Level Technical Data Designer to support the Learning & Technical Data Solutions at Fort Walton Beach, FL site.

Position Responsibilities

• Assists with the development of multiple publication elements for all levels of maintenance for a fielded equipment minor system or sub systems.

• Assists with the collection, research and analysis of source data.

• Assist in analyzing technical requirements to determine project scope and deliverables.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Three years previous maintenance and avionics background experience required 

• Previous defense platform experience, supporting the military customer

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Previous AWACS experience is beneficial

• Mission Computing, Ground Systems or System Integrations Lab experience is a plus

Typical Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Relocation:

This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation.  Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
