The Enterprise Solutioning Senior Manager ensures the successful and timely management of Enterprise Client Solutions in support of assigned Enterprise Solutioning Director from project inception through to transition to business as usual. The role is responsible for Solutioning collateral management; is engaged in creation and management of Playbook and Welcome Kit collateral in support of the Enterprise Solutioning projects and programs to ensure successful, timely and well-communicated program introductions for our Enterprise clients, their dealers, and CAI border partners and stakeholders.
This is a remote, work from home position and may be located anywhere in the United States.
What You’ll Do:
Manage & Support
Establish and maintain Teams channel for all assigned programs
Lead and document internal and Enterprise client meetings as defined in Enterprise Solutioning process in support of assigned Enterprise Solutioning Director for Enterprise Client projects or programs
Coordinate with Enterprise and Product Marketing to maintain Solutioning response collateral
Pre-populate Solutioning responses utilizing Solutioning response collateral per guidelines established by Enterprise Solutioning Director and Enterprise Solution Architect
Collaborate across business units, working with contract, order entry, billing, and support teams to ensure successful program implementation and support set-up.
Coordinate with Client Strategy and Sales Ops to establish sales segmentation.
With each program launch, initiate Enterprise and Field Sales to set expectations and answer questions from program launch through implementation.
Manage across business units, working with implementation and performance managers to ensure coordinated implementations and successful transition to business as usual within business units per guidelines established by Enterprise Solutioning Director.
Report
Provide bi-weekly visibility into progress of assigned projects and programs to Sr. Dir. Enterprise Solutioning
Track and report out to stakeholders, key performance indicators established for programs by Enterprise Solutioning Directors and Enterprise Solution Architects per program
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $98,838 – 138,414. Salary may vary outside of the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience.
Position is eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

BA/BS
7years of relevant work experience (program management experience in delivering large-scale platforms)
OR equivalent combination of education and experience

2+ years’ experience working in a strategic capacity for Cox Automotive
