Position Summary
The Enterprise Initiative Management team manages portfolio management for the company’s cross-functional initiatives and drives program management for select enterprise-level transformational change efforts. The team works across all Business Units and Functions to inventory and prioritize the subset of high-value initiatives which require cross-functional resources to execute and have global impact on the company’s workforce, making recommendations to the Leadership Team on the appropriate phasing of work. Currently, the team also has program management responsibility for the Celgene and MyoKardia Integration efforts, overseeing the planning and monitoring of a portfolio of ~100 initiatives expected to deliver >$3 billion in sustainable value to the company.
The Intern is expected to assist in the team’s to advancement of cross functional integration program updates and to advance integration initiatives. Special projects may include document repository, program continuous improvement and identifying communication channels to improve integration change communications.
Key Responsibilities
Assist team in integration initiatives, gathering information necessary to assess and determine
Assist with collecting, collating, and storing integration work product
Develop materials used to help facilitate and communicate integration progress and issues
Analyze data and process flows to streamline information flow
Qualifications & Experience
·Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a focus on business, communications, project management or life sciences
·Self-starter and demonstrated analytical and logical skills with a focus on tangible deliverables.
·Strong communication, organizational skills, ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
·Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Project and apps related to video editing
