Job Purpose and Impact

The FIBI BPO Lead will be accountable to stand up and implement Process Practice and Process Management capabilities within the FIBI enterprise.

The purpose of this capability is to, through process excellence, enable a successful implementation of the FIBI ERP roadmap and enable the execution of the FIBI 2030 strategy.

The BPO leads a cultural change in which process excellence is viewed as a business asset and a critical success factor to effectively support the FIBI business systems, including ERP, and the business itself.

Key Accountabilities

  • Leads to stand up and implement Process Practice and Process Management capabilities within the FIBI enterprise.
  • Ensures process mapping and description is done in a common approach and according to sound practices, using common tools to drive efficiency. Process documentation is stored in a structured way to ensure the process descriptions are used across FIBI, avoiding duplication of work.
  • Through the process organization, helps deploying and stabilizing the various SAP rollouts in FIBI and supports large cross-FIBI process improvement initiatives.
  • Develops new and leverages existing process expertise across FIBI, functions and CBS centers.
  • Provides strategic leadership and broad oversight to conduct organization readiness assessments, value realization, opportunity prioritization.
  • Provides strategic leadership, development, and talent management, including forecasting resource needs, recruiting, hiring, performance management, training, and budgeting, in alignment with PDT portfolio decisions.
  • Directly provides updates on the process initiatives objectives, performance measures, issues and risks.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Confirmed success in setting up and driving process framework or equivalent
  • Minimum of eight years of related work experience and five years of supervisory experience
  • Strategic end to end thinking and process mindset, starting from the customer backwards.
  • Strong change leadership skills and relevant experience.
  • Holds others and self-accountable to meet commitments

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong influencing skills at all levels, incl. senior leaders.
  • Move decisions to actions beyond the need of consensus.
  • Ability to make sense of complex, high-quantity, and sometimes contradictory, information.
  • Experience in leading transformation and working in a matrix organization.
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Digital Literacy
