We have immediate openings for Enterprise Architects across the common architecture domains of Infrastructure, Applications, Data and Security.  These positions can be located at our new company headquarters in Allentown, PA or can be available to those working remotely in the US. In the case of remote work, physical presence in the office may be required on occasion to engage in face-to-face collaboration among teammates.

What you’ll do:  

• Translate business processes and requirements into current and future capabilities

• Collaborate with business and technology teams to define future states, roadmaps, and create IT architecture that enables business and technology vision and goals

• Partner with IT teams in the architecture and design of key or high-impact solutions

• Develop, maintain, and communicate overall enterprise architecture and strategy

• Provide technical and architecture guidance in new solution and technology introduction

• Drive consistency and alignment of IT architecture, design, and technical standards across the organization

• Drive alignment of program and project solutions to approved architectures and strategies

• Contribute to the definition of standards, guidance, and patterns

What we’re looking for: 

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or in a related technical field (e.g., Engineering or Science)

• 10+ years’ experience working with information technology and 5+ years’ hands-on experience in an architecture role (Infrastructure, Applications, Data, and/or Security), 2+ years’ hands-on experience in an enterprise architecture role

• Knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts and processes

• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills are required, including the ability to work independently

• Strong facilitation and communication skills (verbal and written) to quickly command an audience at all levels, navigate organizational structures, and influence successful outcomes

• Forward-thinking – ability to see big picture and possible future states

• Experience championing new approaches or strategies across an enterprise
