Overview
The Enterprise Architect Integrations explores new technologies and sets the technology direction while ensuring alignment with business strategies and drivers. Establishes the approach for integration of information applications and programs. The role integrates the project and program strategies across multiple programs and projects. Finally, the IT Enterprise Architect catalogs, develops, coordinates, communicates, maintains, and enforces the overall Enterprise Architecture Models, Representations, Initiatives, Capabilities, and Standard Components used by the Enterprise to perform all business and technology related activities. The individual has very strong VP level leadership and behavior competencies.
Specialized Skills and Technologies
Experience in designing and creating technical solutions in a complex environments
Experience in creating technical architecture with respect to Enterprise Application Integrations
Experience in developing API/Web Services, REST and SOAP, test automation
Experience in working with Agile/Scrum
Ability create data flow and schematic diagrams using Visio and Power Point
Knowledge of Hybris core, Solr, Java, J2EE, Apache Web server or equivalent
Experience in cloud services such as Azure or AWS
Experience in various programming languages like Python, Java, .NET, RPG, angular, HTML, Java Script etc.
Experience and knowledge of infrastructure components in terms of hardware and networking
Familiarity with Salesforce service, Einstein Analytics, Lightning/lightning Web Components, Visual Force, APEX, Java, Process Builder
Salesforce.com, Architecture and Identity & Access
Experience in SQL
Experience with Application Performance Management tool like DynaTrac
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate Architecture Plans
Assist in aligning business and enterprise initiatives with the Enterprise Architecture
Audit compliance within the Enterprise Architecture standards
Facilitate strategic sessions up to an executive level
Market (“sell†the results of architectural approaches through presentations).
Model and create graphical representations and abstractions
Translate/map business strategy into information strategy
Stay up to date on best practices and new technologies and solutions
Coordinate all Enterprise Architecture and governance activities
Serve as an expert in applicant development, database design, and/or platform (operating system) efforts, helping project teams comply with enterprise and IT policies, industry regulations, and best practices
Work with Solution Architects and Solution Engineers to ensure solutions throughout all IT systems and platforms adhere to the enterprise architecture and to mitigate identified risks sufficiently, and to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience and education combination
12+ years of work experience in IT
Process Excellence and Technology
Translate or map business strategy into information strategy
Understand technology product and vendor strategies, products, and customer preferences
Understand modeling, and representing the organizations business requirements in a human consumable manner, as it relates to strategy
Excellent verbal/written communication skills (e.g.: presentations, seminars, etc.), and written (e.g.: reports, articles, etc.)
Broad background in different sectors and has experience and knowledge in at least one aspect of the business (example: retail, distribution, food, and beverage etc.)
Technical knowledge is broader versus deep on platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft)
