Responsibilities
The Product Owner for Entegral is responsible for the execution of our SaaS Product vision and strategy in collaboration with the Product Management leadership team to support our customers and business initiatives. The Product Owner will work with the Product Management leadership team to understand our overall product strategy and define how this strategy should be executed within the Product(s) they are responsible for. This role works with a variety of partners to understand the customer problems we are solving, build and maintain the product backlog, and successfully lead agile software development through its lifecycle. This position will also provide a clear solution description and outline of product features for easy comprehension and consumption by the development team, customers, and business partners.
Use analytical and critical thinking skills to understand complex business problems to solve for our customers
Manage product roadmaps to align product development efforts with strategic business and customer needs
Work with the Product Management Team to evaluate new product requests, create business cases, and define goals in order to execute on the vision
Assist with the creation, review, and maintenance of product training and other materials
Use Lean software development practices such as Agile, Kanban, and Scrum to ensure continuous, quality delivery of high-value software solutions for our customers
Define and monitor key performance indicators within owned products to evaluate performance and guide data-informed decisions
Play a key part of development events including roadmap planning, iteration planning, backlog refinement, iteration review/demo, retrospectives, and daily scrums
Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog
Lead the elaboration of epics, themes, and writing user stories
Evaluate the product progress at the end of every iteration and accept or reject completed stories
Work with external vendors to align on software development efforts
Stay abreast of new methodologies to best serve Entegral goals
Incorporate security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to help drive the strategy and creation of API's and content for Entegral Engineering teams

Qualifications
Required:
Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must be minimum 18 years of age
Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, Computer Science or other applicable field preferred)
2+ years experience as a Product Owner, Technical Project Manager or
Business Analyst
1+ years experience with architectural patterns of applications e.g. well designed API's, data integrations, accessibility patterns)
Experience working in an Agile framework (in a SAAS environment preferred)
Must be available for occasional travel
Must be located in AZ, CA, FL, IL, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, TN, TX, VA, WA or WI
