We are looking for a Team Leader who'll manage a team (~5 developers) and help them devise reliable, scalable and maintainable systems. You will have an opportunity to collaborate with clients, sales, product, and other engineering teams to drive strategies and come up with solutions. And you will play a critical role in the growth of a strong team of engineers, utilize your team's strengths to align with product goals and grow your own career in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

You will need to have:

•  Demonstrated technical and leadership experience in a fast paced environment
•  A passion for developing scalable, reliable, low latency and high throughput systems
•  Excellent communication and organizational skills
•  Experience working with stakeholders to set expectations, compromise, and deliver great results incrementally in an Agile fashion

We would love you to have:

•  Strong programming ability in any Object Orientated Language (Prior C++ knowledge is a plus) 
•  Experience with building scalable distributed systems within the financial industry
