Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
Experience with consumer and B2B products.
Experience building products for other developers.
Experience with web applications and mobile applications.

In this role, you will build capabilities needed to enable easy access for third-party developers (developers, brands, Original equipment manufacturer (OEMs), carriers) to partner with the Google Play Points program. This will give users additional ways to earn and spend Google Play Points and benefits from additional perks as Loyalty members. This will further expand the reach and value of Loyalty beyond Google Play/mobile.Our team tests and launches experiences that generate more loyalty or retention for Google Play users.
