This job in Engineering Learning Solutions will focus on the following key areas:

Transforming key engineering ILT and current WBT into engaging online training using micro-learning

Support Subject Matter Experts as the develop their training including how to structure a course and helping decide between ILT, Virtual and blended options

Be a key contributor to Technical Engineer School - P&G premier Engineering leadership training program

Evaluate new Learning Technology

Designs and develops, at the speed of the business, compelling and innovative learning experiences that improve individual outcomes and deliver measurable business results. Establishes and maintains relationships with subject matter experts and researches and recommends services provided by external consultants or organizations. Partners to develop, co-create, source, or curate learning solutions to support business objectives (e.g. instructor-led, webinars, videos, online courses, quick reference guides, job aids, performance support tools, social and collaborative methodologies, etc.) to satisfy the needs of diverse sets of learners.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

BS or MS degree in HR or Engineering

PREFERRED WORK EXPERIENCE OR CERTIFICATIONS:

Passion for learning and developing others

Good communication skills

Knowledge of engineering Systems and technologies (willing to learn)
