The AGCO Engineering internship program is designed to identify promising undergraduate students and give them robust and meaningful engineering projects than can be completed within a 10-12 week time frame. While there will be a range of different projects, all projects will require significant mechanical knowledge, research and collaboration with other engineers.
Each intern will be paired up with a manager or supervisor and an experienced engineer. The manager will serve as a counselor and will meet with the intern at least monthly to give career guidance and counseling. The Engineer will be a peer / coach who will help the intern with any day-to-day questions. The internship program also offers great opporunities and events for networking and summer fun to get to know your AGCO colleagues and fellow interns.
