What’s the job about?
To provide effective and efficient administrative assistance to the Magna Park Operations Manager.
To contribute fully to the successful achievement of Campus Engineering department objectives, resulting in seamless delivery of administration and record-keeping supporting engineering and project functions across the campus.
What you’ll be doing:
To manage team rosters, holiday planning and management of shift resource, and to manage ongoing development and training of team members. To provide holiday and absence cover for the Compliance Coordinator’s role.
To act as a central point of contact for all service level and procurement-related queries and processes on-site. A fundamental element of the role will be to ensure all compliance issues are dealt with in a timely and effective manner with meticulous record keeping and data storage. Planning and prioritizing team workload through use of reporting platforms, email and spreadsheets.
Preparing and collating accurate information for daily, weekly and periodic reports.Producing documents and presentations to a high standard. Ensuring all hard copy and electronic data storage remains current, and available for audit. Processing financial information and ensuring transactions are posted against the correct Revex / Capex headings in a timely manner.
Controlling monthly expenditure against budget, liaising with the Engineering Manager regarding phasing of order placements, and planned capital WIP. Collating project information, O&Ms, H&S governance documents, drawing updates and closure at end of project.Managing insurance inspection reporting and certification ensuring remedial work has been completed in a prompt and effective manner.

What you’ll already have:
A-Level / NVQ Level 3 Qualified (Minimum). English and Mathematics
Good level of IT fluency - Windows, Google, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint.
Ability to work in a methodical and organized manner.
Proactive with ability to work on own initiative.
An eye for detail and accuracy.
Ability to work as a team member.
Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
Good working knowledge of Health & Safety.
Successful candidates will possess a combination of professional qualifications and office experience.
Confidentiality is paramount within this role and you will need to understand the need for discretion.

Autodesk and Concerto Applications
Project management experience.
Use of accompanying software suites, with ability to build asset registers and inventory.
Ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets and reporting tools
