Job Description

As an Engagement Lead you will play a key role in the implementation of the TUI Markets TRIPS program for the Western Region, champion the Markets Transformation Vision and create engagement of the change activities with all Western Region colleagues.  
You will report to the Regional Transformation Director and work closely with the Western Region and Central Communication teams and TRIPS program team.  
About The Job
•    Support the development of an overall Change Vision Vision (including strategy, roadmap and implementation plan)  for your region/market(s) together with Transformation director;
•    You will be responsible for identifying and coordination engagement activities to ensure that there is a common understanding of the strategy, roadmap and implementation plan;
•    Work closely with Communication team to align and support the central Transformation Communication plan and together with the WR communication team coordinate and execute localized communication.
•    Set up tracking and report on engagement KPI’s; 
•    Partner with project and program delivery and support functions;
•    Work closely with your counterparts from other regions to align on common ways of working and find efficiencies;
•    Support the WR transformation director and WR managers and work closely with the HR team to successfully implement the change activities in the region and in the teams;
•    Share the Markets Transformation vision, strategy and roadmap within the Benelux.

About You 
•    Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing and/or communication in an international, medium to large B-to-C organization;
•    Master’s degree in marketing, communication, change management;
•    Proven track record in change management with respect to Process, systems and people / Experience in driving significant change projects across business areas;
•    Experience with working in a Group and region market structure and be able to work in a matrix structure;
•    Strong communication skills in business English and Dutch , and Ability to communicate with different levels in the organization: from strategic to end-user level.
•    Self-starter, Self-motivated , Creative, (indirect) leadership skills and ability to think commercially and strategically;
•    Analytical skills combined with a pragmatic approach to interpreting and reacting to data.
