Job Description
IMPORTANT RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Create, test, and deploy Mobile Device Management configurations for various devices in our Platform.
- Work with device owners on defining, building, and testing new configurations for new device types.
- Complete testing of new mobile Operating System releases including Android and iOS.
- Provide level 3 support when cases can’t be solved by Help Desk and Level 2 support.
- Interact with our key mobility vendors including Apple, Microsoft, VMWare and HCL.
- Build and maintain end-user documentation when needed.
- Work with across businesses such as Mobility Services Team, Info Security, Network, on projects and changes impacting the Mobility platform.
- Know the latest on what’s happening in the mobility industry and what’s available to help P&G drive our business with technology.
- Play with cool new gadgets!
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree or similar work experience
- A basic understanding of how modern computing devices work – are you a power-user of your smartphone?
- Good communications skills including the ability to document technical processes and instructions for non-technical people.
- Experience in vendor management a plus.
- Experience in working with end-user computing devices (phones, mac, PCs) a plus.
