What you’ll be doing:

• assisting or operating of various types of finishing equipment, including but not limited to Neopost mailing machines, Paragon pressure sealers/folding machine, Duplo booklet maker/finisher and Bell and Howell Consolidator and fusion encloser

• operating in line with safety and business procedures

• completing consumables stock takes for the machines

• maintaining machinery to the required standard of housekeeping or supporting with maintenance tasks as assigned

• ensuring mailing quality standards are achieved and maintained on the machines

• keeping a flexible approach to the day’s work to meet demands

What we’re looking for:

• Experience with Enclosing Machines

• Proven track record within the print/mail environment or similar

• Good verbal and communication skills

• PC Literacy is preferable

• Flexibility for rotational shifts

• Willingness to learn new skills and to work overtime when required and be flexible to meet the needs of the business

• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
