YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaboration in the preparation of IFRS monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements 
• Review/validation of IFRS reporting packages of subsidiaries
• Collaboration for legal group reporting as well as report analyses
• Collaboration in company valuations, due diligence and M&A processes
• Support with forecasts and medium-term planning
• Cooperation with the controlling department of the group and the individual companies
• Cross-divisional project work and participation in special finance projects

 YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed business studies (university, university of applied sciences) or comparable training 
• Several years of professional experience in (group) accounting of an industrial company and/or in auditing/tax consultancy
• good knowledge in accounting and consolidation according to UGB 
• IFRS knowledge desirable
• SAP FI/CO knowledge and knowledge of the consolidation software SEM BCS advantageous
• Experience in setting up and further developing systems and IT structures desirable
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
