We are looking for a talented and innovation-driven individual to support our Employee Experience team. Services at Apple encompass some of the world’s most innovative software including Apple Music, App Store, Apple Books, Podcasts, Apple TV+, Apple News+ and more. Services reach millions of iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Apple Watch and Mac customers in over 150 countries Worldwide. The Employee Experience team is focused on the training and onboarding for employees across the Services business.

Role Summary

The Apple Services Development Program is a 12 month entry-level program starting in July 2022. It is competitively salaried, and includes a program to support personal development. There may be other opportunities within Apple at the end of this program, however this cannot be guaranteed.

We have 15 roles in the UK and 24 other roles worldwide including in Paris, Stockholm, Munich, Johannesburg, Moscow, Dubai and further afield! 

You will have a range of responsibilities including significant day-to-day tasks alongside longer project work. 

You will be a vital and impactful member of the team and every single day will be different, rewarding and challenging.

We are looking for passion and potential rather than prior work experience and we will not ask to see your CV.

Understanding of how “big picture” elements will work at a local level. Interpreting global strategy through local implementation then connecting the dots across multiple elements.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance priorities from planning to execution

Description

Your responsibilities are likely to grow and change during your time with us. This is a short overview of some of the responsibilities you will help the Employee Experience team with:

- Manage content for our website, tools and email communications. Ensure these materials are meeting the intended goals and KPIs. Conduct regular audits to make sure they are up-to-date.

- Help to implement program plans for our teams that are developed and executed to a high standard.

- Provide program support for key initiatives, working with members of the Employee Experience team. 

- Critically examine experiences of our program participants and marshal support and resources for solutions to improve them. 

- Partner closely with Line of Business, People and Inclusion and Diversity teams on supporting program participants at the local level. 

- Assist with timely communication of key project information. 

- Be a passionate advocate for Apple Content & Services with a strong attention to detail, showing high energy and a positive attitude.

Requirements

Able to complete the full program (1 year), starting July 2022.

Must have the right to live and work in the UK.

This role is based in London. We will gladly support relocation from within the UK if needed. 

This is an entry level program with a fixed (competitive) salary.
