Digital Workplace Solution Analyst
The Digital Workplace (DWP) team is responsible for designing and implementing a connected digital experience for employees which is easy to navigate and enables collaboration, knowledge sharing, and solving problems. The team is also responsible for driving adoption of the digital platforms, ensuring that teams and individuals are deriving business value from the toolkit.
The Digital Workplace Solution Analyst will serve as a product and technical expert on our Digital Workplace Team. The Solution Analyst is responsible for working with cross-functional stakeholders to solve problems and suggest solutions leveraging our current landscape of tools. The Solution Analyst will partner collaboratively with many functional teams and Digital Workplace Product Owners to ensure we're offering solutions that improves the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research and user testing to validate concepts, designs, or usability; leverage user research to evolve and iterate the UX
Translate creative and functional requirements into user experience design, producing requirements documentation and wireframes as applicable
Translate business objectives into user experience to unlock adoption and usage opportunities
Maintain expertise in digital workplace capabilities and technologies, both internal to TCCC and external trends.
Identify target user groups and carry out interviews or other types of inquiry to help understand user needs
Ensure the creation and implementation of customized experiences for the digital user
Produce design solutions through flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards and site maps
Provide guidance on UX research techniques and testing activities to assess user behavior
Innovate on tools and processes
Partner with Digital Workplace Product Owners to define and build product solutions
Leverage communication, analytical, technical and problem-solving skills to help users qualify their needs and identify relevant solutions
Ensure our Employee Digital Experience principles are applied and followed for all solutions
Validate requirements and business needs for cross-functional teams and aligning those requirements to the broader backlog
Prioritize solution requests against an intake model using data-driven decision-making
Specialize in eliciting and validating needs, recommending approaches, and designing solutions to maximize value
Collaborate with team member to ensure quality product and deliverables
Establish, build and maintain strong relationships across the company
Work with users to ensure they are leveraging the tools & capability that best meets their needs

Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience with UX, Systems Design or Development
Expertise in Design Thinking, User-centered Design, and User Research
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
Understanding of information architecture and usability design
Experience with agile development and delivery
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Experience prioritizing a backlog
Experience working with 3rd party vendors to deliver results
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft SharePoint
May have technical knowledge with front-end coding, but not required
Strong relationship building skills with a customer service focus
Collaborative and inclusive mindset
Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills
Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work with minimal supervision
