Amazon Web Services (AWS), a subsidiary of Amazon.com and a global leader in Cloud Computing, is seeking a hands-on, self-directed Marketing Technology Programme Manager to drive EMEA marketing technology strategy, process and own the vendor portfolio(s). This role will be the go-to person for tools and technology used across the EMEA Marketing team, becoming the single-threaded owner for globally managed tools, and building processes, repositories and tools for training and support. This role will also be responsible for ensuring vendor compliance and AppSec approval for all external EMEA Marketing technology tools.
As a MarTech Programme Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that Marketers in EMEA have the technology, training and support they need to operate successfully, securely and quickly. This includes establishing a good understanding of the various marketing workflows across the business and closely partnering with key global and local stakeholders to define and execute on a creating a complimentary suite of technology to support this workflow.
ROLE ACTIVITIES
· Build and maintain the EMEA Marketing technology vendor portfolio
· Partner with EMEA Marketing stakeholders to define business needs and translate into vendor capability requirements
· Work across EMEA Marketing stakeholders to identify gaps in the vendor portfolio and, in partnership with procurement, drive RFI & RFPs to onboard new vendors or vendor use-cases
· Partner with necessary business stakeholders across EMEA and Globally including legal, procurement, tax, AppSec and InfoSec as well as other internal business groups who drive our MarTech relationships
· Proactively find ways to consolidate vendor usage and reduce risks while also finding ways to reduce churn and streamline workflows across disparate tools
· Demonstrated success of managing complex projects at scale
· Demonstrated experience working across external and internal technology providers or vendors
· Familiarity with marketing technology solutions
· Highly creative problem solver and able to think outside the box
· Demonstrated ability to communicate and present information across multiple stakeholders
· Ability to manage time and multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables
· Proficient in Adobe Workfront, Adobe Fusion or similar technologies
· Experience using Tableau, Salesforce, Marketo, Workfront, Airtable and/or other marketing tools
· Ability to work independently and autonomously
· Experience in marketing B2B technology products or services
· Experience in training or knowledge management
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or relevant field of study.
