About the Role:

Reporting to the Director of Partnership Operations, the EMEA GTM Operations Manager will support, coordinate and administrate on Go To Market initiatives and strategies. This is a collaborative role working with many cross functional stakeholders and providing expertise and support for GTM requests.

You Will:

• Manage Go To Market (GTM) pipeline and trackers, SLA and GTM Requests
• Leverage internal tooling to keep stakeholders and teams up to date on activation actions, progress and needs
• Track, manage and report key issues with live/upcoming briefs
• Update weekly and monthly trackers for reporting
• Ensure activations are properly sourced within committed SLA and report and escalate on issues on an ongoing basis
• Support external and internal teams on use of internal tools to facilitate GTM requests
• Collaborate with internal departments on reviewing and submitting briefs (Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Twitch Rivals, etc.), ensuring these are within SLA
• Report on and escalate on issues on an ongoing basis
• Supporting external and internal teams on use of internal tools to facilitate GTM requests
• Identify & aid in the development & improvement of internal tools to facilitate GTM requests.
• Act as point of contact to internal teams: provide guidance, insight and examples of best practice to teams seeking to leverage Partners for opportunities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience in an administrative or project management function
• Must be organized, creative and able to clearly communicate how plans will deliver against goals
• Must be able to take direction, act intuitively and a be great collaborator
• Must be a great people person with the ability to clearly communicate
• Self-starter mentality - must be able to effectively work independently and autonomously
• Capable of managing and completing multiple projects and priorities at the same time within a rapidly changing environment
• Great interpersonal skills: effectively communicating, acting intuitively, building rapport, relating to others at all levels and a great collaborator
• Written and verbal fluency in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bonus Points:

• Experience with project management (basic project planning, team and stakeholder management)
• Experience working with project management tools (Asana, Basecamp, Monday.com)
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools
