About the Role:
As the Commerce Marketing Manager for EMEA, you'll lead the development of bringing outstanding commerce campaigns to our viewers across the region, demonstrating the value of our products and highlighting their benefits to our existing and ever-growing community. Part of the EMEA marketing team but being an extension of the Commerce Marketing team in the US, you'll create all regional promotional activity to increase adoption of Twitch commerce products - Bits and Subs - to help sustain and grow our creator's ability to earn a living on Twitch.

You'll join the EMEA Marketing team which is at the forefront of growing the Twitch business across Europe. Central to the success of the role will build relationships with partners across the wider Amazon business, improving the digital merchandising of our business across their online estate. You'll also lead all strategies associated with the EU Gift Cards business.
You will report in to the Director of CRM, EMEA and will be remote based initially, with the intention to move into the London office in due course.

You Will
• Be an extension of the US commerce team to improve the localisation of all global commerce programs, ensuring we best support their activation in EMEA.
• Build effective marketing and communication strategies to Twitch EMEA audiences including the management and use of earned, owned and paid media.
• Lead the expansion of Twitch Gift Cards in the EU, working across owned and 3rd party digital estate to optimize creative messaging, placement and user experience.
• Develop and execute EMEA first commerce marketing projects that improve the attach rates of Subs and Bits in priority markets.
• Partner with core teams across the wider Amazon business group to maximize the integration of the Twitch brand.
• Build campaign strategy and execution GTM plans that ladders up to overall brand and audience narratives; engage with internal creative, channel, and analytics team to ensure execution and delivery of results

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

You Have:
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
• Demonstrable expertise in marketing, content marketing and campaign execution
• Experience working with consumer/media/tech/gaming brands with diverse global audiences
• International marketing exposure within multi-functional organizations with varied regional audiences.
• You exhibit a passion for insights and data, with experience translating these into hyper targeted campaigns.
