About the role
As Email Marketing Campaign Manager, you will use your expert knowledge and creative flair to produce communications to our members that are on-brand, effective and supportive of delivering a remarkable customer experience.
Aligning your work to the wider marketing objectives you will work to optimise our customer journey and produce email campaigns which are clear, concise and timely. Whether that communication be updating members on new products or delivering required regulatory messages - youll place the customer at the heart of everything you do.
You will actively use data, and insight to continually improve the effectiveness of marketing communications throughout the customer journey. Engaging with external and internal stakeholders you will deliver the communications through our CRM system.
This position will allow you to take ownership of your work. Youll have end-end control, from , planning and stakeholder management, to design (using Photoshop) and build (using HTML & CSS) and the implementation of any email campaigns you work on.
About you
Youll have proven experience in delivering engaging email marketing campaigns and be skilled in creating HTML email templates from scratch using HTML and CSS. Thisll be coupled with experience in using a CRM system (we use Acoustic) or other ESPs.
Youll be familiar with optimising email comms within a customer journey and coming up with new and creative email campaigns and tests that support the business objectives.
Youll relish a dynamic workload and enjoy working collaboratively with both marketing teams as well as teams across the business.
