Job Description
Main duties of our Email Marketing Assistant
- Build and send Email marketing campaigns for Pavers & Jones Bootmaker brands
- Work with Email Marketing Executives to develop and implement customer journeys to drive incremental revenue
- Design engaging emails to increase sales/open rates
- Liaise with the inhouse design team to create engaging and personalised creative assets to increase conversion rates and revenue.
- Test and learn from email or catalogue campaign initiatives
- Design dynamic personalised content using Fresh Relevance personalisation software to serve to the right customer profiles to maximise ROI
- Track KPIs for marketing campaigns over time
- Analyse campaign results and report to senior stakeholders.
- Liaise with product buyers and merchandisers to promote seasonal styles and products to the right customers at the right time.
- Liaise with the wider marketing and retail teams (including Social and Content teams) to help support their activity via email marketing
- Identify new and innovative ways to market to new customer groups, identifying new customer acquisition opportunities.
- Increase customers second order rates through email and catalogue selection work
Requirements to be our Email Marketing Assistant
- Ideally 12 months experience in a Marketing department, preferably email marketing.
- An understanding of the key concepts of digital marketing and the main channels and techniques - SEO, PPC, social media, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing.
- An ability to analyse tests and sales results - ideally an understanding of Google Analytics.
- Very good communication skills.
- Excellent time management and highly organised.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Commercial awareness.
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Degree in Marketing or CIM qualification ideal but not essential.
