YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Visual inspection during assembly for damage to individual components
• Experience of manufacturing technologies (joining technologies, sealants)
• Assembly of individual components according to parts list and drawing to form a subassembly
• Electrical and mechanical function/leak test incl. documentation of the manufactured assemblies according to test specifications
• Final assembly of the measuring instrument with the pre-assembled components, tubing, printed circuit board assembly incl. wiring or cabling of the instrument according to the work plan and available documents.
• Functional test of the assembled instrument for function and tightness according to specification
• Calibration according to ISO 9001/17025 as per manufacturing specification and test specification
• Troubleshooting and error analysis
• Serialisation of the components or the unit
• Collaboration on production documentation
• Creation of prototypes according to hand sketches; photos and instruction of development

 YOUR PROFILE:

• Skilled worker f/m/d with several years of professional experience in serial production (2.5 - 5 years)
• Experience with different sealants and joining technologies 
• Reading of mechanical engineering drawings, pneumatic plans, wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams
• Experience with PC; various electronic measuring equipment
• Knowledge of electronics
• SAP knowledge is advantageous
• Knowledge of electronics
• Willingness to work closely with various teams: development, AVOR, scheduling, customer order processing
• Willingness for further training in-house/externally (future qualification in high-voltage technology in electrification)
