As the successful candidate you will be responsible for working within the team to provide a complete mechanical/electrical/civil solution within tight timescales and to tight budgets.

Other key areas will involve, designs, tests, large-scale electrical equipment or machinery for use in a number of industries that include water, wastewater, rail and highways.

What you’ll be doing:

• Producing detailed design drawings, SLDs, load and cable schedules, specifications, written reports, site surveys, schedules and other related materials.
• Using electrical engineering tools, such as computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment, to carry out responsibilities.
• Keeping senior staff apprised of important and relevant service/design decisions; ensuring that the company's objectives are achieved.
• Carrying out service and project related work within agreed upon deadlines and according to the budget.
