BASIC ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT

At Sea Ray, we believe that richer moments on the water lead to a richer life.  That\'s why everything we do is designed to make each moment exceptional.  Our Tellico Lake location is the largest manufacturing facility for our premium cruisers and sport cruisers.  The Electrical Assembler performs a wide variety of tasks in a large yacht manufacturing facility. Electrical Assembler I task performed may include advanced electrical work on the line and panel wiring.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs basic assembly line wiring/electrical work like running drops and buss bars, and hooking up less complex or minor components.
• Install and assemble Control Panels and devices (PLC\'s, switchboards, transformers, etc.).
• Read and interpret drawings/schematics.
• Cut, strip, and mounts wires to connect electrical units.
• Use of pneumatic and electrical hand tools along with crimpers, air guns, and screwdrivers to assemble parts and wires.
• Must be self-motivating and self-sufficient, able to work with little to no supervision.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience:

• High School Education or GED equivalent.
• 1 year of electrical experience.
• Hand Tool Knowledge.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Ability to Multi-Task.
• Ability to read and understand prints.
• Ability to read and understand Production Schedule.
• Ability to work in a hot and dusty environment.

• Must be able to adapt to changing requirements in a positive and proactive way.
• Ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels within the organization.
