Executive Technology Support Lead

McLean, VA

This ECS Senior Analyst position will be based at our Global Headquarters (MVA) in McLean, VA to support the expanding digital needs of our leadership team and corporate campus technology program.

• Bachelor's degree in IT related disciplines (or equivalent demonstrable experience in an IT field)

• 5+ years of experience in IT Service and Project Management, with a focus on executive support preferred

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills particularly around senior management with the ability to foster collaborative relationships

• A strategic innovator who looks for opportunities to take ownership, drive change, and create new value

What will be your key responsibilities?

As a Senior Analyst for the Executive Collaboration Service (ECS), this role is customer facing with our most senior leadership including the Mars Leadership Team and Board of Directors.

The role will:

• Provide exceptional and proactive white-glove IT support to our executive customers and provide leadership and oversight on IT Operational Excellence for the Global Headquarters campus

• Act in a business partnership mindset to unlock customer insights and deliver new value creation initiatives for the Global Headquarters campus (delivering new digital innovations at the site and for customers)

• Lead and manage projects related to the ECS agenda, both locally and globally

• Provide consultancy and support of digital events, advanced meetings, and next-generation broadcasts
