JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be part of a successful and growing trading team working on an established website. Joining at period of high performance and significant investment into digital this is an amazing opportunity for someone to contribute to the growth and development the performance of the website.
- Driving sales, online merchandising, workflow management and improving the speed to market of new product.
- Ensuring products have the required data and imagery to launch on time and working to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to optimise sales on site.
- Prioritising the workflow of new product setup with key internal and external contacts.
- Reporting on eCommerce trade for specified category highlighting key information to the Trading Manager.
- Maintaining strong brand relationships ensuring strong understanding of seasonal priorities and launches.
- Optimising site navigation, customer journey and product placement to drive online sales.
- Maintaining and updating all documentation regarding product information and attributes.
- Prioritising workflow in reaction to communications of upcoming trading and product promotions both internally and externally.
- Supporting eCommerce Trading teams in delivering seasonal promotion and price amendments across the website, in line with company trading calendar.
- Optimising site and customer journey during daily site walks and data analysis.
- Analysing best sellers and stock levels in reaction to trade performance and upcoming promotional activity to optimise online sales.
- Producing insight information for both internal and external discussions.
- Participating in projects or carry out any other duties that may be outside the standard remit that will benefit the company.
- Serving as an active and positive contributor to the team, always willing to represent the online trading team and be prepared to go the extra mile.
QUALIFICATIONS
The person.
- Ecommerce Trading experience is desirable
- Educated to A Level standard or equivalent, preferably within a business/numeric related subject
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with multiple teams
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to plan and organise own workload
- Advanced Excel skills preferable
