JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing the onsite product offering of your product area, driving ease of browse and conversion on site
• Setting up products on the GAME website, ensuring they are effective across all devices
• Working with the wider functions, ensuring the online customer experience is market-leading
• Creating and executing promotional plans to ensure the overall business messages are delivered effectively
• Merchandising in line with the overall product proposition for new releases, range titles and promotional campaigns
• Monitoring competitor activity in the market
• Ensuring that promotions go live on time, complying with legal and ethical protocols
• Optimising offers through product merchandising based on customer analytics and purchasing data
• Conducting trend analysis, interpreting data to develop ideas and predict future business
• Delivering against key Ecommerce KPIs, working under pressure and at a fast pace

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience in a similar Ecommerce role is essential
• IT Literacy i.e. Excel, Word, Web based systems
• A passion to work within the retail or gaming industry
• Knowledge of video games (Desirable)
• Able to work in high-pressure and fast paced situations
• Keen eye to discover customer experience issues and flag them to the business
