What you’ll be doing...
Be an idea creator. Develop business plans for your customer. Use consumer insights and competitor awareness to develop customer marketing strategies.

 

Be a storyteller!  Advocate and drive growth through creative, authentic Tom’s storytelling and strong customer engagement. Deliver on financial goals & managing customer P&L

 

Be an entrepreneur! Own your financial plan, take risks, find opportunities to win in our eCommerce business

 

Responsibilities include...
 

  • Full P&L responsibility for pure play eCommerce customers
  • Lead all Amazon business platforms by setting the strategic direction and partnering with Amazon to deliver P&L goals, increase market share and improve Amazon Scorecard KPIs
  • Lead and provide guidance  in creating an exceptional online presence within all retailers for Tom’s of Maine
  • Responsible for volume, trade spend and financial forecasting within Atlas planning tool.
  • Sell, negotiate and execute customer plans to achieve 5P objectives for all of Tom’s of Maine brands and categories, and deliver annual sales and market share targets.
  • Partner with the omni data manager to build knowledge and insights of online path to purchase behavior together with consumption and shipment data to identify brand and category performance trends and opportunities.
  • Build ecommerce competencies internally within TOMs
  • Assessment of new ecommerce channels

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree required, MBA a plus
  • Minimum 5+ years of e-Commerce related experience
  • Strong preference for 5+ years of CPG experience
  • Professional experience in eCommerce and digital marketing for consumer facing brands including familiarity with emerging eCommerce tools and technologies, competitive environment.
  • Experience engaging / partnering directly with customers to build and execute mutually beneficial solutions
  • Proven track record of delivering against business objectives and/or sales targets
  • Strong data-driven strategic analysis and strategy development skills
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable with working with cross-functional teams and various levels of management.
  • People management skills preferred but not required
