Job Description
The KFC marketing team have an exciting opportunity for an eCommerce Brand Manager to join the team.
The role is responsible for helping create a distinctive, relevant and easy customer experience across all of KFC’s eCommerce channels, maximizing performance and supporting the increased commercialization of these channels through retention of our customers.
The role works across four main pillars; digital customer experience, CRM & loyalty, delivery channels and establishing and embedding the brand’s digital vision.
This role provides a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. The successful candidate will be working with a myriad of internal and external stakeholders, locally and globally, within a high performing Marketing team.
Responsibilities:
Digital Customer Experience
- Collaborate with the cross-functional team, agency partners and vendors on the development of eCommerce product roadmaps (App and Web) to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance of eCommerce channels.
- Support the prioritization, development and delivery of roadmap deliverables and enhancements.
- Act as a conduit between the CX & eCommerce team and Operations stakeholders above property and in restaurants to ensure the successful field enablement of all eCommerce CX initiatives.
CRM & Loyalty
- Collaborate on strategy formulation for existing and emerging CRM & Loyalty initiatives.
- Coordinate production and enablement of features and materials in support of CRM & Loyalty initiatives.
- Support on the execution and ongoing optimisation and enhancement of initiatives and programs.
- Help define relevant KPIs and support the delivery of appropriate periodic analysis, reporting and insights of all activities.
Delivery Channels
- Collaborate on the evolution of the owned eCommerce channel delivery strategy and capabilities
- Support on operational enablement and execution across third party delivery partners
- Support on analysis, reporting and insights across all eCommerce delivery channels
Digital Vision
- Support the team in establishing and driving the eCommerce and CX vision internally, acting as an advocate and educator to help develop and disseminate knowledge, capability and passion for all things CX & eCommerce across the business.
You will possess the following:
- Tertiary degree level qualification essential, with major in marketing or business-related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 5 years marketing experience essential. Previous Brand Manager/Exec level (or equivalent) experience in eCommerce or Digital Marketing with sales accountability highly regarded. QSR or Food Delivery experience also highly regarded.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, particularly being able to explain technical concepts to people without deep technical knowledge.
- High work ethic and sound planning and organising skills essential.
