Your Role and Responsibilities

Generalists possess a wide variety of knowledge across their given Job Role. Instead of developing deep expertise in one specialty, these individuals have a holistic working knowledge of their role and its context within their organization. Generalists understand all of the functional elements of their job role, and act as connection points between different groups.
 
Early Professionals are employees hired for a professional assignment just after professional/bachelor completion and  within 3 years after graduation.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Main Characteristics :
•    Preferable demonstrated experience and working knowledge in key functional processes 
•    Strong Communication skills
•    Exchanges information, ideas and concepts. Requires negotiation to achieve coordination.
•    Use advanced technical knowledge to perform and apply new technical procedures to the business processes. May recommend improvements to existing technical procedures based on understanding of new technologies. 
•    Working individually or as a team member, may set work priorities within well established procedures and objectives. May provide coordination of activities. Gives technical direction. Viewed as a technical expert. 
•    Accountable for individual results, and for the impact of the results on the team, interrelated activities, or project.
•    Language : Advance English

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Bachelor with 1 to 3 years of experience in the field.
Preferred careers in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, System Engineering, Laws.

Required Education

Bachelor's Degree
