JOB DESCRIPTION
- Shaping and supporting the delivery of best-in-class early careers recruitment and colleague development for Frasers Group, creating memorable candidate experiences and being a tireless brand advocate
- Working between Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development to support the creation and execution of all Early Careers, Graduate and Apprenticeship programmes.
- Ensuring that Frasers Group has a presence at local and national FE and Uni establishments
- Working closely with our 3rd party employer branding partner to produce compelling copy and creative to drive applications
- Working with internal coms to advocate internal mobility, both from our retail estate and from referrals
- Building and managing talent communities that support proactive talent engagement
- Managing volume recruitment through assessment centre, using fit-for-purpose assessments developed through job analysis and person specifications
- Operating with a continuous improvement mindset, building on successes, and taking learnings to deliver an evolving assessment centre solution
- Partner with 3rd parties to deliver apprenticeship assessment activities
- Owning the candidate journey from verbal offer to start, providing regular contact, and ensuring each colleague gets a best-in-class experience
- Supporting with on-going design and development of functional rotational element, providing support to both programme delegates and line manager stakeholders
- Creating meaningful and impactful MI reporting that supports your talent acquisition strategy
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience of leading on Early Careers, ideally in a complex / large scale organisation from a learning & development environment, with a specific focus on Grad schemes, apprenticeships and/or placements
- Knowledge & experience of hiring processes, tools, and systems ideally within an entry level/early careers discipline
- Experience of attraction & selection in the early careers space, understands how to engage with new graduates, school leavers and everything in between
- Stakeholder engagement, with a proven ability to influence colleagues and 3rd parties
- Ideally some HR experience in the employee engagement and relations space
- A confident verbal and written communicator
