In the role of E-Learning Developer, you will be responsible for designing and creating engaging, effective interactive e-learning courses. This includes using e-learning tools, building quizzes and interactivity with animation; audio recording and testing courses prior to their release and managing content through the Learning Management Systems (LMS). Maintaining and refreshing existing courses to reflect current products and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development
• Use of E-Learning tools (Articulate 360 Suite Storyline, Rise)
• Using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects and Audition)
• Develop and build interactive training content
• Assist in Language Translations
• Managing training content through the Learning Management System (LMS).

Knowledge and Skills:

• Critical-thinking and problem solving.
• Demonstrated proficiency in successful delivery of adult education.
• Ability to work closely with subject matter experts, internal teams and external contributors to ensure training objectives are met.
• Self driven individual with demonstrated capability to work independently and meet established project / program deadlines.

Basic Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent E-Learning work experience (2+ years) is required.
• Proficient in E-Learning tools (Articulate 360 Suite Storyline, Rise, etc.)
• Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects and Audition)
