Job Description:

We are recruiting for a eLearning developer to work with our client a prestigious financial services organisation in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced e-learning content developer to own/build/maintain the training packages.

 

Whilst this role is ideally based in Edinburgh with the ability to work from home, we are also flexible and would consider applications from candidates looking for home based opportunities only.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working with key stakeholders to establish requirements, you will design and deliver high quality training modules
  • Auditing existing training materials, keeping these current, up to date and available for use
  • Building and maintaining training packages using Adobe captivate 
  • Identifying and managing training needs of the support team
  • Producing online training materials to be used within HR
  • Using appropriate software to implement online training modules e.g. Adobe Captivate 
  • Uploading online content to appropriate location e.g. Cornerstone  
  • Ensuring existing training materials are kept up to date by staying informed of system updates 

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience of Adobe Captivate
  • Previous experience using HR Systems such as Taleo / Oleeo / Workday 
  • Ability to build relationships remotely and locally, ability to establish credibility 
  • Organised approach and able to manage a busy workload 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills 
  • Enthusiasm for content development and working with technology
