Our sales team is, in many ways, the face of Apple to our customers.In this role you will be responsible for the deployment of digital customer experience (CX) and online sales programs in the region. You build relationships, develop partner capabilities, and ensure flawless execution across the programs. You collaborate closely with WW digital channel team, regional cross-functional teams and external partners to improve and grow Apple’s digital business in Western Europe.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience of eCommerce, Retail and digital technologies
  • Relevant experience succeeding in complex, matrix and cross-functional projects
  • Solid understanding and experience implementing sales models and working with eCommerce
  • Proven analytical and numerical aptitude; versed in site analytics and proficient in analyzing data for digital merchandising decision making
  • Experience overseeing program roadmaps; high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills
  • Willing to take action and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • You are a self-starter, with great attention to detail and program management skills. You are able to identify new CX improvements that are a great outcome for everyone both our channel and Apple.
  • You understand there are many moving parts in an organisation. Navigating the interdependencies within Apple is needed for success. Understanding how business financials work, and strategies for sustaining profitable growth, are key to staying ahead of the competition. You analyse the market and think beyond the short-term.

Description

Understand the digital capabilities of partners to identify areas for improvement. Analyse data insights, digital important metrics, Digital CX monitoring results to determine short term actions. Onboard partners into digital incentive programs and drive vital changes.Coordinate incentive programs including automated tracking, supporting materials and training.Report on program performance. Work on special projects related to strategy development for digital channels.Weekly QA of program scores to determine back marginOnboarding of new partners and internal users on to DEM toolInternal training on associated tools and processesResolution of scoring problemsMaintenance and communication of program documentationWeekly program performance reportingAssessment of partner e-commerce capabilities and opportunities (B2B & Consumer)

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
