What you’ll be doing:
Completing Driver Assessments of all Transport Partners periodically
Completing Assessments of all potential Partners at interview stage of recruitment
Ensuring Partner Training Records are maintained and giving appropriate refresher training when necessary and as requested by Transport First Line Managers
Maintaining an up to date knowledge of the latest driving regulations, techniques and vehicle technology and communicating as appropriate
Carrying out comprehensive inductions for new Partners
Carrying out vehicle tests for new branches and suppliers, devising procedures and complying with all relevant legislation and restrictions in place
Ensuring all Legal, Health and Safety legislation and Operational procedures are adhered to at all times and to work within Health and Safety guidelines at all times ensuring the safety of self and others
Operational monitoring to include tachographs, accidents, vehicle facilities and Fleet board.
What you'll have:
Driving standards agency approved driving instructor
Fleet Registered
Full UK driving licence DVLA approved
Proven delivery of Advanced Driving Instructor requirements as part of a day to day transport operation

Fleet Training experience
Driving standards agency approved driving instructor Grade A.
Driving standards agency approved driving instructors (Car Hazard perception)
City and Guilds/ NVQ Level 3 Certification of Unit Credit Contact with Customers to provide their vehicle needs
CIPD - Training and Design (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development)
