Essential Requirements

• Certification:  CSM (Certified Scrum Master), Agile Scrum Master (ASM), or PMI-ACP
• Capable of thriving in an Agile environment; solid understanding of Agile/Scrum practices
• Familiarity with Agile Management tools like JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, TFS, etc.
• Ability to function and lead in a matrixed environment
• Solid understanding of New Product Development

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 8 + Years of industry experience
• Experience with Software Applications and Operating Systems
• Knowledge of various work formats and agile methodologies such as XP, Lean, Kanban, and Scrum at Scale
