Job Purpose and Impact
The Documentation Analyst will execute moderately complex documentation related activities including drafting, reviewing and negotiation, while complying with relevant compliance and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives and projects to support the goals and vision of the global documentation team. You will provide guidance and support to different business needs in collaboration with legal, tax and other relevant stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support bank account onboarding, services and maintenance and other defined processes, documents and transactions.
- Ensure moderately complex documentation for assigned transactions or projects are negotiated and executed in compliance with legal, tax and company standards and ensure risks and impacts are appropriately mitigated.
- Support migration activities by providing coaching, training and advice to stakeholders.
- Establish standards and guidance for the defined documentation, maintain approved documentation and facilitate processes and relationships with banks and internal customers.
- Assist with global efforts to ensure consistent terms and conditions across the portfolio of internal and external financing related documents, partnering with product experts to align key commercial and risk terms and escalate negotiation roadblock where necessary.
- Stay apprised of the financial regulatory environment for changes applicable to documentation activities.
- Support a continuous improvement program of change for the sustainable improvement of documentation processes and participate in projects with cross regional or global impacts such as system deployments and upgrades.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Confirmed knowledge of financial and legal documents and experience with contract negotiations
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
Preferred
- Ability to handle multiple priorities while ensuring efficiency and optimal reduction of risk
- Strong written and analytical skills
- Knowledge of financial and credit documentation
