Supervise, manage and coach a team of 15-25 client facing Investment Managers and Analysts who provide investment solutions and execution directly to private clients and prospects within a broad geographic region in the Ultra High Net Worth, GenSpring (client AUM over $25MM) and High Net Worth, Reserve (client AUM over $5MM) segments of Truist Wealth. Work closely with Truist Wealth Division Leadership to drive new client acquisition, revenue and retention goals.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Execute on comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive achievement of the team\'s goals for acquisition of new AUM and retention of existing clients. Deliver average annual new recurring revenue growth of $7.5MM.
2. Supervise the daily trading activities of 15-20 Investment Managers and Analysts who manage an average aggregate AUM of $10 Billion. Monitor accounts for adherence to portfolio construction guidance within client specific constraints and delivery of advice driven investment strategies.
3. Responsibility for the delivery of superior investment advice and consistent execution in client portfolios across the geography.
4. Represent the team and geography as a voting member of the Trust Investment Committee which has responsibility for approximately 130 traditional managers with 520 strategies, 70 alternative investment strategies and 30 Private Capital solutions.
5. Personally engage with GenSpring and Reserve clients and prospects to deliver the value proposition of the Truist Wealth investment solutions.
6. Hire, manage, coach and retain top talent for Investment Analysts and Investment Managers for GenSpring and Reserve segments of Truist Wealth. Responsible for managing the career path for internal teammates.
7. Engage directly in recruiting new wealth teams to drive overall business growth.
8. Responsible for the team\'s compliance with all regulatory policies, procedures and training, including interaction with Regulators. Resolve escalated issues on complex relationships and investment recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor\'s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent education and related training
2. Possesses excellent investment knowledge, presentation skills, oral and written communication and has demonstrated success in a sales and service oriented environment.
3. 10+ years of investment management experience
4. 5+ years management experience
5. Ability to work on complex projects with minimal supervision
6. Demonstrated leadership, personnel management, and project management skills
7. Series 65 licenses. Candidates will have 60 days from their Start Date to transfer, or 100 days from their Start Date to acquire all of the registrations and licenses required for this position.
