Job Description

Amazon is seeking an innovative and analytical Diversity Recruiting Program Manager as part of the Recruitment Programs & Services (RPS) Centre of Excellence team within EMEA Operations Talent Acquisition. The role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, based from either London or Luxembourg, with the flexibility to work a portion of time from home.


As a Diversity Recruiting Program Manager you will work in the engine room of Talent Acquisition for EMEA, designing impactful recruitment programs and scalable diversity best practices across Talent Acquisition. It will require in-depth data analytics to provide targeted diversity insights and recommendations to the recruitment leads, as well as excellent stakeholder management, solving complex problems with practical solutions. A passion for Diversity is essential.


Key responsibilities:
· Build and development of diversity programs to create a culture of improvement within the EMEA Talent Acquisition Operations Team
· Innovate to develop a customer-centric focus on the quality, productivity and scalability of current practice
· Drive targeted diversity recruitment efforts across EMEA locations aligned to business strategy
· Partner with the EMEA Talent Acquisition teams, Diversity professionals and HR stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and engagement on this topic
· Analyse data to gather insights and drive programs at scale
· Tracking and reporting on the status and ROI of programs

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Demonstrated project or program management experience within recruitment
· Experience of working within or a strong passion for Diversity
· Data-driven; demonstrated ability to have an analytical and thoughtful approach to problem solving
· Flexible with strong judgement; able to work in ambiguous situations
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Fluent in English (verbal & written)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience of building out projects or programs to scale
· Experience working within Diversity as a functional area
· Additional European language
· Recruitment background
