Financial Results
- Work with Management Teams to achieve weekly sales targets and positive YOY comp sales.
- Achieve profitability to meet targeted flow thru.
Talent Staffing & Development
- Maintain adequate management and kitchen level manpower plans for both current and upcoming new store opening needs.
- Develop Management and hourly Team Members through one-on-one coaching, goal setting, and quarterly training targets.
Compliance
- Ensure SOP (standard operational procedures) is followed.
- Achieve target labor hours compared to schedule guide.
Customer Service
- Provide genuine hospitality; positively affect interactions with Customers and Team Members.
- Resolve Customer complaints and respond to positive feedback in a timely manner.
New Store Openings
- Effectively orchestrate 10 weeks ramp up to opening and predetermined ramp down schedule.
- Assist Buddy DMs in neighboring districts.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated success in financial and people management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.
- Good communication and basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
- Position requires assisting operations during peak operational demands.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years plus in multi-unit restaurant supervisory experience; college degree preferred but not necessary.
- Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week with availability on weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Food Safety Manager Certification required.
- Successfully pass background and reference check process.
- Currently residing in the Sacramento, CA area.
