The Program Manager of Disability & Leave Services (DLS) will focus on driving and implementing processes and policy initiatives that support DLS’s ability to serve a rapidly growing employee base. The position will be responsible for expanding DLS Leave and Accommodations (Adjustments) services to employees in the EU. This position will partner heavily with the DLS Leadership team as well as various Human Resources, Finance, Technology, Legal partners and Vendors to fulfill the vision in a bar-raising way. Lastly this position will ensure the systems and processes support the proper balance between compliance, innovation, efficiency, and compassion in all services.
This individual will need strong thought leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to manage by influence.
Responsibilities include:
§ Build and drive detailed roadmap and plan incorporating both technical, operational tasks, workstreams and vendors.
§ Develop and maintain project plans, identify resource needs, and manage project schedule; collaborate effectively across teams to agree timelines and deliverables.
§ Develop roll back / contingency plans for cutover for each launch.
§ Develop communication and escalation plan for launch readiness activities.
§ Acts as the main point of escalation for all cutover issues and escalated to leadership as required.
§ Provide status reporting to project leadership and key stakeholders.
§ Monitor services through the multiple phases of Launch up to stabilization, ensuring operational teams are able to maintain service continuity and seamless support each launch.
§ Own and support the design, development, delivery of change management activities covering, integrating change management tasks in the project plan, project documentation, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, change readiness, communications, training and launch plans.
§ Advise on process or policy aspects of DLS and partner projects
· Proven project management ability that shows how to organize, find solutions, and follow through to a successful conclusion
· Proven leadership implementing projects in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation
· Exceptional business judgment capable of driving a diverse organization to the right results with a focused, pragmatic approach
· Ability to build strong relationships and influence others while working in a cross functional environment, preferably with senior members of the business
· Detail orientation with ability to analyze, problem solve, organize and manage multiple priorities and excellent follow up skills in a fast-paced environment
· MBA or Graduate Degree
· Ability to travel as appropriate
· Exposure to Finance and/or HR process and practice in a PeopleSoft environment
